I've sent this to BaoLiang, but I will be posting it here for the benefit of all members.

I am writing you because you claimed to be the leader of the group known as COHEXPERTS.

Having browsed the forum cohexperts.proboards.com/ we are considering a full ban for a number of your members.

The site seems to be the location of a number of troll topics designed to ruin the experience of playing our games for the rest of the community.  We do not allow this sort of trolling in our games, and have consistently banned people from this in vCoH.

In your chat there is also homophobic harassment of Relic staff, as well the forums have plans to disrupt Relic sponsored events.  Trying to ruin events which Relic has invested time, effort and sometimes sponsorship in is in direct contrast to helping the community and growing the game's popularity for everyone.

We will be making our decision by Friday. If any members of the site do not want to be banned you will need to email [e-mail] and explain why we should not ban your accounts from future online play.

Hopefully these explanations will show a realization of what our problem with these sorts of posts are.

We have no desire to ban anyone from the game, so we look forward to working with you all to find a way to resolve this before that is required.

Thank you for your response and we hope to help you engage with the CoH 2 community in a more positive light in the future.

I should clarify, this is a potential ban from online play in Company of Heroes 2.

Relic is not responsible for what goes on out of Company of heroes 2. What is in the game is in the game. This is "potential" Evidence is just a threat. We can do what we want. Again this is not in the game Company of heroes 2 you have no "jurisdiction." the only thing you can control is maybe "coh2.org" and the game. You should not even be here. this is bullshit to sit there and "threaten" to ban us when we are on OUR WEBSITE.

I hope you patch the "ip locking hack.." and I love how you made "0" attempt to watch vonivan's stream. Because he was also paired up with other people when he attempted to "stream snipe." Theres "0" that says "banned for POTENTIAL disruption of relic sponsored events"

Noun: i suggest you go back the way you came, and leave us the fuck alone. you know this is bullshit and banning VonIvan was completely wrong, and the sad part is you even know it. you pulled strings, therefore your corrupted. Now, stop harassing us.or I will complain to a RESPECTFUL moderator.

This should be a feud where either the mods are fair, and ban both sides, or a feud where no mods should be.

Im not sending you an Email, because this is my Email. If you ignore me, and still decide to ban me, ban me as soon as you can. Id rather be banned sooner than later.

I stated 3 years ago THQ was going down.
I think this is Relic's last video game.

Your name isn't in the list Jim. This isn't about not wanting people to criticize Relic. I think that's totally fair.

It's about a campaign to ruin the enjoyment of the game experience for other players. As far as I've ever seen you're not interested in that and have a great level of maturity that I think can be an example to others.

Hopefully I'm not wrong on that.

Ideally we'd like to open a constructive dialogue with individuals here. That's why I've provided an email for everyone to use if they don't want to talk openly because of peer pressure here.

I tried using reason and logic to discuss this issue with you Noun on COH2.org, and I politely asked you to post this "evidence" of VonIvan saying he has an auto match hack (you said you personally watched a cast of that) where he can match a game with any player on demand. You ignored that, so I can only conclude the "evidence" doesn't exist, or you are woefully ignorant on how stream sniping works, which I tried to explain in a respectful manner. This appears to give you a biased view of recent events and I had suggested an unbiased third person. I have never used any "homophobic" slur or threatened anyone. TheArtistKnownAsDuCe threatened to "kill everyone" of my clan yesterday in our Shout-box, can you please address this as well.

 Also, I think you should reconsider banning anyone, as 60 dollars is no small amount, and the time and effort we have put into this community, this game, and everything Company of Heroes is no small matter. It has come to my attention that this game is already in decline, as evidenced as the "people in game" from Steam. I don't think banning the best players in COH2 is the right way to go.

I find it interesting that Relic and/or Sega would approve of what you are doing, to be honest. In the ten or so years I have been gaming, I have never once seen a developer chase players around on different fan page forums and threaten players/ people with banning. Also, I have never seen a developer ban people because they are in tight with a group of players, clan, or streamer. Well, as the saying goes, there is a first time for everything. I plan on addressing this with Sega myself. Is your contact info just Noun from Relic?

Yep I was gonna say no way that could possibly be noun, as some one else posted they have no jurisdiction on what happens outside of the game. And going after people outside of the game seems grossly unmoral and perhaps illegal, id have to talk to one of my law professors.

but tutorial is waaaay to hard! It all depends on the contract wording, but as Bao says if they have state they reserve the right to ban people for whatever reason they feel necessary there is very little anyone can do. However according to this community.companyofheroes.com/ingame_policy, they only speak of in-game harassment and exploitation. Therefore using these forums as evidence to ban members is ridiculous. Regardless I highly doubt this was actually from noun.
